Dear Wine Enthusiasts,

Our library of fine wines are stored to maximize your experience.  They are protected in a temperature-controlled room at 58 ˚ F. and 65% humidity.

At The Water’s Edge restaurant, we display our wines in custom built temperature-controlled units at the same climate as our main cellar.

All wines were purchased through the most reliable suppliers and fine wine auctions throughout United States and Europe.

Do not forget the years of experience the talented winemakers put into these fine wines, as the devotion of our chef in the culinary art.

We will be happy to recommend a wine in harmony with the flavorful delights of our kitchen.

In continuing our tradition of distinction, we have, once again, been selected by Wine Spectator Magazine to receive their “Best of Award of Excellence” for the 12th consecutive year, for our wine list.
